Bukavu, 18 December 2013: In South Kivu, this pilot project to support rural communities aims to help local populations develop employment opportunities by strengthening their entrepreneurial capacities both technically and financially. UNDP, United Nations Development Programme, supports this project in partnership with Congolese private sector economic operators: AIRTEL and RAWBANK and the provincial government, which is a first in this province.
